A UNIVERSAL STORY:

The fear of public restrooms is common to us all.  After all, we may experience the first assault on our senses, unpleasant smells, the instant our nose rounds the entrance to the facility.  The floor may be littered with paper of all kinds – paper towels, toilet paper, seat liners, etc.  After mustering up all of our courage, we may walk into a stall only to find the toilet clogged, not flushed, or visibly wet.  After all of this, we must place the most intimate part of our body on a toilet seat that has already been shared by numerous strangers.  The toilet seat might be damp, but not visibly so. Paper seat covers stick to us when the seat is wet unless we use four or five of them.  Could this be why we find so many clogged toilets in public restrooms?
